Halong Bay is a natural wonder in Vietnam. It has played an important role in Vietnam culture and history for hundred of years.
According to some, "Ha" means the descending and "Long" means dragon. ( The descending dragon)
Taking an overnight cruise around the bay is one of the common ways to enjoy theses beautiful view. They do provide kayaking to explore more about these exquisite scenery.
Not only do you get to enjoy the view, you might also get to know people from different countries. Since you are spending two days one night on a cruise with them. Knowing a bunch of aunties and uncles from Taiwan on the trip was great as though they were older than me but they were young at heart. Which remind me, " Youth is happy because it has the capacity to see the beauty. Anyone who keeps the ability to see the beauty never grows old."
Being surrounded by those legendary stones made me feel lost in the paradise and wouldn't want to go back to the reality. It was only if I could keep the time still.
